Conclusion report and dissemination

Activity 3 will be implemented in three parts.

  • First, the partners will write a conclusion report by reviewing the final outcomes of activities 1 and 2. This work will be done in connection with each partner, based on the relevant literature and with the input from associated partner (AP). The learners will provide a conclusion on the perception from their group. Recommendations will be pooled.
  • A final multiplier event will be organised in Wroclaw by the end of spring 2023 for the dissemination of the results. All the partners will attend this event that will target the representatives of HEIs interested in implementing such a course and stakeholders from the civil society. Several components are envisaged including a conference and peer-learning workshops that will help to map out the opportunities and obstacles at the institutional level (with oral, story-telling video and poster communications from the learners and a session dedicated to administrators). The format of the event will be hybrid, allowing a broad audience to attend by videoconference, especially the non-academic APs that will not be able to travel.
  • A third task will focus on communication about the project. The partners will undertake actions to disseminate the results of 3AC pilot course within their universities, through their local, national and European networks, their surrounding civil society (with the help of non-acadeluc associated partner organisations such as LAAE, MCTAU, VB in Lithuania, UPL, UTL, .. in France, CIVITAS Braga in Portugal, U3A at UWr). They will also target potential senior learners via EPALE platform. Planned actions include design of a common logo and a webpage in English, printed materials in the four national languages (flyers, poster, and banners), social media at each institution, and articles in national magazines dedicated to senior citizens and on EPALe, advertising material and participation in fairs in each country targeting the senior (60+).
